The question every entrepreneur should repeatedly ask themselves is:

WHY am I truly in business?

Business is a spiritual game.

It asks everything of you, every day. It asks you to face every fear, every struggle, every doubt, to build your dream.

Every entrepreneur needs to understand that every single thing happening inside your organisation is a direct REFLECTION of you and what lives inside of you.

Every challenge, every opportunity you see or not see, take or not take, every person you hire or leaves your team.

It is all a reflection of the person you have become, or need to become, to build your dream.

Entrepreneurship is an inner path of becoming.

And the main question and main driver is: WHY am I truly in business?

Once you’ve made it to financial freedom, then what?

Most people then keep going for more and more.

More and more.

Unconsciously still trying to fill that need they couldn’t find within themselves.

The inner path is understanding that part of you and going beyond it.

What are you truly after?

When you die, what is it that you’d like to leave behind?

What is going to live after you die?

We live in a time where anything is possible, and once you live that truth, what do you wish to create that serves a bigger purpose?

That is no easy question to answer.

But the journey to finding out what that is to you is not only worth walking.

It is why you truly became an entrepreneur in the first place.

It is now time to sit down. Quiet your mind. Don’t think.

Set an intention to find your why.

Allow something greater than you to give you an inspiration you might never have had.

For that to happen, get your mind out of the way and feel.

This is your time.

Why The Entire “Control Your Mind” Theory is WRONG and How to Truly Deal With Fear

Could everything you’ve learned about controlling your mind to date, be wrong?

“If you want to be successful, you have to control your mind. “

… is what they say.

But any person telling you that isn’t seeing the full picture yet.

Because wanting to CONTROL the mind always comes from the fear of losing control.

And fear is never a good place to live from.

Humans want to be FREE.

The experience of FREEDOM is what we’re truly after.

And that freedom is NEVER found by trying to control the mind.

Listening to our heart is the PRACTICE of SURRENDERING to our feelings.

Breath deep. Let go.

Living FREE comes from the ability to SURRENDER.

Be smart. Use your mind what it’s for. But don’t try to control fear.

Let your HEART inform you on your path. In every decision. In every moment.

That is where freedom is found.

More Inner Calm, Connection And Joy: An Effective Breathing Exercise

In this video I would like to share a breathing technique with you; you can join in right away to experience it. If we pay attention to conscious and deep breathing for just two minutes a day, it will have a spectacular effect! I know from my own experience.

I would advise you to use this breathing technique itself for at least 15 minutes. The longer you take the time to do this, the more impact it will have. In the East they also say: don’t you have time to meditate? Then do it for a long time! It yields so much to seek the silence within and to make the connection with our body. One way to do that is through a technique that is also called box breathing. You breathe in for five seconds, then hold your breath for five seconds, you breathe out for five seconds, and hold your breath for five seconds again. And do that again and again.

Breathing consciously and deeply for two minutes a day

The shaman who is my mentor says if you breathe consciously and deeply for at least two minutes a day, for example through an exercise like this, you will “stay out of your head”. And so brood and worry less, and live more through peace and connection. And that’s how I experience it myself. You make contact with your intuition and your heart much more easily. Of course your brain is important, you naturally need it, but we also have to listen to our gut feeling. How many times in your life have you felt that you should have listened more to your gut feeling? Have you done something in your life that you actually didn’t feel so good about, but you didn’t understand why? Afterwards, your gut feeling turned out to be right in the end.

One of my business mentors always encouraged me to be quiet for half an hour and to focus on one question. To be silent and to make space so that the answers can come to mind. And that can only happen after those 30 minutes! Through the silence, peace, space and deep breathing, you make contact with your higher consciousness.

The mission in this video

Take 15 minutes, close your eyes and breathe according to the box breathing technique. You breathe in for five seconds, then hold your breath for five seconds, you breathe out for five seconds, and hold your breath for five seconds again. And do that again and again. Feel what happens in your body, allow everything that comes up. Maybe you feel joy or sadness; give everything space.

Find love in every moment: what will that yield for you? Conclusion of this video series.

This is the last video from this series and so we have gone through a wonderful mini-training together! For that, I am grateful. I’d like to share one more ability that you can develop. I want to tell you that you can find love in every moment. In this video I’d like to tell you what that will bring you.

How can you find love and beauty in every moment? You have probably seen that as quotes on Instagram and other social media channels, but do you actually live it? For example, in moments when you are angry, how can you see love again in that situation? Even if it’s love for yourself! If you are angry, what is the learning moment there? If you are angry with someone, what are you healing in yourself? What opportunity is there in this situation? I certainly don’t mean to say you should let people walk over you; when you’re angry you feel a limit and it’s important to speak out. But you can always choose how you respond.

Being Successful And Experiencing Deep Fulfillment: ‘The Bigger Picture’

In this video, I’d like to help you train an ability. There are not many people who fully control this ability, but those who control it well are very successful and feel very fulfilled at the same time. In this video, I’ll tell you more about it.

For me, this is one of the most important skills in life. It involves the ability both to see what process you’re in and to act in the here-and-now. I’ll explain it to you. Consider entrepreneurs who are very successful in what they do. They’re often aware of the greater problems or challenges that arise in their life or business life, but don’t let them hold them back. They have the ability to stay focused on their goal and so they look beyond the challenge. This way they keep moving forward. They are solution-oriented, do what is necessary in the here-and-now and move forward again. While other people may experience panic, stagnate or throw in the towel when faced with a challenge.

People and situations like mirrors

Far less often do these successful entrepreneurs also see the deeper inner and more spiritual processes that play a role. What is going on and playing a role inside all of them. As soon as we understand that our life and what’s going on in it is a direct reflection of our inner world. If, as an entrepreneur, I hire an employee and a conflict arises, I can dismiss him and it will be resolved. But what I can also do is turn inwards and feel how this person mirrors something in myself. How this person reflects something going on inside me. I can ask myself why I have attracted this situation in my life and what I can learn from it. What is the gift in the present situation? And then what is the right way to handle it? In this video, I’ll explain extensively and clearly how this works!

Realise that everything in your life is a direct reflection of your inner world. If you get bitten by a snake, you go to a doctor for the antidote. You go to a shaman for the antidote AND to find out why the snake bit you at all. What this situation reflects from within myself, what I can learn from it or what the gift is from this situation. Why life is presenting me this event. That is the thinking of the shamans, and looking at our lives in this way makes our consciousness grow.  

Questions to ask yourself

Consider the things that you don’t like in your life, that make you angry or sad, that you would like to see differently. What do these situations reflect in you? If everything is a reflection from your inner world, what does this event, situation or person mirror in you?

Is it therefore necessary to also act differently? Because it’s not just about becoming aware, seeing and understanding, but it’s also important to connect the right actions to it.

I want to invite you to make room in your life to develop a new ability. An ability that, once developed, will change your life forever. You have already seen this ability in others and you already have this ability in you! The only difference is whether you are aware or unaware of it. In this video, I’ll tell you more about it.

I am talking about the ability to make your goals, dreams and visions come to you. To make room for something larger than yourself. Great writers, visionaries and artists have not “thought up” their creations from their mind. They have made room for inspiration and a greater vision and have brought this into the world through their creativity. What we have done so far in this video series is calm the fight-or-flight mechanism in our brain. By connecting deeper, through deep breathing and silence, with your body, your feelings and your emotions. In this way we make room for new inspiration, new ideas and new visions. I keep repeating that, because this doesn’t happen overnight. It’s something you’re training step by step. Of course there are many more ways, tools and aids for this, and if you need it, I have an extensive coaching program. A year program, where together we walk the path of awareness with the help of the medicine wheel as the shamans use it. A path on which we let go of old stories and identifications that no longer serve us. On which we heal old emotions that still hold us back in the here and now. So that we live more and more of our full potential.  

Questions to ask yourself

Take a moment to evaluate. Do you recognise what I am saying in the video? What are the moments this was already there in your life? When did you receive an idea or a vision and how? Perhaps in a dream, when you were in the bath or in the shower, or gardening? Perhaps on vacation or when you were meditating? You too have already had these experiences. If you learn to trust that you too have this ability, you will be able to develop it further.

Also try to pay attention to what you dream. Put a notepad next to your bed and write down the dreams so that you can actually remember them.

Begin now on a great new part of your life!

I’d like to share a story about the most extraordinary synchronicity ever in my life. I want to share what I learned from it and what you can learn from it. I also want to invite you to take the next step and make room for perhaps a great new phase of your life…

In an earlier video I already told you about the moment a friend took me to a shamanistic weekend with ceremonies. Where I could make contact with a higher consciousness and where my vision expanded enormously. On that day something special happened; that night I suddenly understood why my watch had stopped weeks before. That was not just a watch; that watch had long been a big goal for me to work towards. A precious Swiss Breitling watch that I had wanted from the age of sixteen or seventeen. And at some point I had achieved this goal, and my Breitling watch is dear to me. It is really very unusual that these watches break, but still it had stopped and there was no way I could get it going again.

Is it time for new steps in your life?

I called the Breitling store in London and they were very surprised, but of course I was allowed to return the watch for repair. I hadn’t done that until a few weeks later. That evening during the ceremony I had an insight. I suddenly understood that a new time had come for me in my life. My precious watch had already given me that message in a way, and during the ceremony I felt very strongly that I was going on a new path.

The next day I got the watch back, but it still didn’t work. So I sent it to the Breitling store in London. When it arrived they called me and told me that the watch was working fine and they did not need to repair it at all! They had done all possible tests, but couldn’t find anything that it wouldn’t do. The watch was serviced and then I got it back in good time. I thanked the universe for the message and it strengthened me to take the steps on my new path. A Big Mistake We All Make In The West + Finding A Better Way

The biggest mistake people make in the West is that we want to do far too much in our lives. This has become so normal that we no longer even see that this is very unnatural. We set the bar high and put ourselves under pressure in all kinds of areas of our lives. In this video I’ll tell you more about it and explain how things can be done differently.

If we are constantly busy with goals, targets and performance in our lives, we put a lot of pressure on ourselves and our body. We often achieve these goals and are then very successful and this can certainly give us great satisfaction. But I see so many people around me who are extremely tired at the same time. I see many people where their feelings of love, pleasure, joy and enjoyment have been subconsciously suppressed because they are so under pressure and busy performing. What’s the reason, deep down, that we want to achieve these goals, that we constantly look for more and better?

What’s your real motivation and drive?

If we are constantly busy, then we don’t have to stand still either, then we don’t have to make contact with what is going on deep inside. In this way, we partly leave ourselves. The shamans who have trained me radiate deep joy; they have developed that ability and they know they need not be more than that. They don’t have to compensate for anything any more, they just have to Be. When I regained the ability to simply be myself, I had much more inner peace. At the same time I also lost a lot of motivation to put things out into the world for a short period. That was because so much of my motivation was because I wanted to prove myself. Partly because I was bullied in the past, I wanted to show the world and myself what I had in me. When I no longer needed that, I felt so much expansion and space. And from there new motivation began to grow, from a completely different place, from my heart. Which made me feel deep joy again. We integrate these parts if we dare to let go of control, surrender to everything that presents itself in our lives, and then choose how we want to behave and what decisions are needed for that. By regularly being silent, making room to turn inwards, breathe deeply and be with what presents itself. These can be emotions, feelings, insights or more peace. 

Questions to ask yourself

What have you been holding on to for far too long? Close your eyes and take the time to feel: what is it that you can let go? Something that, if you let it go, makes room for something new. For a bigger vision. Letting go is the first step, and from the space that then arises, a new vision can come to you.

Are you living up to your full potential? Your body knows the answer

In a previous video I told you that your business can only grow to the level where you, consciously or unconsciously, feel comfortable because you can control it. What if you fully surrendered and stopped trying to control things? Then your business can grow beyond what you thought possible. And this naturally applies to every area of your life. In this video, I’ll tell you more about it.

Ask yourself where you are trying to control a situation too much. This means that you as a person and your life can only grow to the level at which the fight-or-flight mechanism in your brain is triggered. If that happens, you will, unwittingly, want to get away from it because you experience fear. For example, ask yourself: what if you have twice as many employees working for you? Does that evoke an uncomfortable feeling or certain emotions? Do you feel discomfort in your body or your stomach? Or are you really entirely relaxed with that idea? Be fully honest with yourself. It’s not about what your mind thinks about it, it’s about how your body reacts to it. And taking the space to be silent and to turn inwards so that you can make contact with it again. If you experience fear with that question (or a similar question about, for example, money, a relationship or large business projects that you dream of), then you have not yet mastered that piece of potential. In the video (and in the text below) I’ll explain what you can do to grow to your next level.

It calms the reactive brain from which your fight-or-flight mechanism operates, and so you reach the higher consciousness that goes beyond that. This way, you can grow to your next level.

Questions to ask yourself

What goals do I not set that I would really like to set deep in my heart, because I experience fear? What if I would earn ten times as much money as I do now? What if I have twice as many employees working for me? What if I put down that big project that I’ve secretly dreamed of for years? What if you owned two more companies? What if you get a business loan and start your first, second or third company? Take the time to be silent, take a deep breath into the stomach and feel how your body responds to these questions. Choose the questions that apply to you. Do you feel tension or an uncomfortable feeling somewhere? Allow anything that comes up next, even if they are emotions.

Release Yourself From Fears, Convictions, And Patterns That No Longer Serve You

Have there been moments in your life that you have not gone into? To put it another way: that you did not show up? In this video, I’ll help you to sense whether you’re still being held back by fear and how you can transform that.
